How quickly do you ship?

All orders are freshly made just before shipping. Baking typically takes 3-5 days,  sometimes less. We ship on Mondays/Tuesdays via UPS or FedEx, depending on where you live. Our priority is to ship orders early in the week to avoid shipments hanging around a shipping center over the weekend, minimizing the risk of heat exposure. 

 

Can I place an order in advance for a birthday, party/event, or for any reason?

Absolutely! On the Cart page, towards the bottom click the "Choose Shipping Date" black button. Then select your date up to 365 days in advance.

 

I am looking for a college that you don't show on your website. Can you make it for me anyway?

If your college is not listed in our College themed pretzels, feel free to email or call us. We probably have your school colors and can make what you want. We will do our best to accommodate you!


How long do the pretzels stay fresh?

They stay fresh 3-4 weeks in their original packaging or a sealed container. Make sure to keep them at room temperature and out of the heat.

 

Should I handle the pretzels in any special way?

If you ordered pretzels for a gift or for yourself, open the box that the pretzels come in and enjoy. 

If you ordered pretzels for a party, we suggest that you handle the pretzels as little as possible until your event. The more the pretzels are handled, the more the sprinkles may loosen. They are packaged with the utmost care.

 

Can I place a last minute order?

If you're ordering on a tight timeframe, please be sure to reach out via email or call BEFORE ordering to confirm we can meet your timing.

 

Can I place a custom order?

Yes, yes, yes! Feel free to reach out via email or call to discuss your custom pretzel order needs. 

 

Are your products Gluten free?

At this time, our products are not Gluten free.

 

Are your pretzels nut free?

All of our treats are manufactured in a kitchen that processes dairy, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, eggs, and wheat.

 

How do you ship to prevent melting?

We check the weather for every order the week that it is being shipped. If the ship to address is forecasting anywhere close to 70 degrees, we include an ice pack free of charge. 

Also, once your order is shipped, you will receive an automated email with the tracking # so that you can follow the order and know when to expect it to arrive. We recommend someone be available to receive your package. Any length of time your package is left in a mailbox, or outside at your front door, can result in melting, regardless if ice packs are used.

 

What if my order arrives a little melted?

Your order will arrive nicely packaged in a gift box, that then goes inside the shipping box. Put the inner gift box (not the shipping box) into the fridge for a half hour. The chocolate will harden and will be ready for eating!
