Thank you for looking at our shop. Food items cannot be returned. However, if your order arrives defective or damaged due to our negligence, we will promptly replace it. We recommend you be available to receive your package. Any length of time your package is left in a mailbox unattended will result in melting, regardless if ice packs are used for transit. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx (depending on where you live) to ensure that your order arrives in good condition and with as little handling as possible.
