All items are made fresh to order. Orders are prepared based on the shipping week selected at checkout, allowing you to plan ahead while ensuring freshness and quality.
Order Processing & Shipping Schedule
• Orders ship early in the week (Monday or Tuesday) to help ensure timely delivery and hopefully avoid weekend delays.
• This early-week shipping schedule is especially important during warmer months to reduce the risk of melting while packages are in transit.
• Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
• Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx.
• We recommend that someone be available to receive the package upon delivery.
• Please note that leaving packages in mailboxes, outdoors, or unattended for extended periods may result in melting, even when ice packs are used.
• Because items are made fresh to order and production begins promptly, we do not accept cancellations or order changes once an order is placed.
Yummalicious Chocolates is not responsible for delays, damage, or melting caused by the shipping carrier or delivery conditions beyond our control. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective due to our error, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to make it right.
