WHEN WILL WE SHIP YOUR ORDER?: Pretzels are made fresh close to your event date. They stay fresh 3-4 weeks in packaging. Your order will ship 1 week before your event to avoid any shipping delays. Upon shipping, you will receive an email notification with a delivery confirmation # so that you can follow your order. Please be sure to have someone available to receive your package to avoid having it sit outside possibly in the heat and unattended.
